I normally develop my black and white model photography / wedding photography film photos in my own mix of Xtol 1:3 dilution plus rodinal and stand develop.

Yesterday I tried Rodinal (R09 One Shot) 1:100 to tap water without Xtol.

Here is the first sample using 1:100 rodinal stand development (120 film)(Fuji Acros)

As a comparison here is an example using xtol & rodinal (35mm film)(TMax 100)

Guess I will give that stand development a try. Gave up self-developing nearly 17 years ago.

I did it! Film stripe still drying, but it is looking really promising!
After all this years, it was pretty tricky getting the film into the spool.

I'm surprised how nicely this process works. Here are some first results (digitalised the negatives quick&dirty with the 5DII)




Used my Bessaflex with Pancolar and Agfapan APX100. No artistic shots, just wanted to try that routine.
