A real crossbreed. Preset made by Tokyo Koki, got what seems like a Nikon F mount but branded Ricoh. Mount is biggest reason for getting it, looks a lot like a Tokyo Koki M47/F. Have the same TK branded 105 (M42), 135 (Miranda M44), 400 (M42) and 600 (M42). Will be able to use all those on D800E, really like that line of preset lenses.

Not so strange as all that.

Its a T-mount preset lens, the familiar Tokina type (Tokyo Koki), as you note.

Many of the second tier camera makers in the 60's, and later, rebranded third party lenses. Yashica, Petri, Mamiya, Chinon, Miranda, etc. Even Topcon did that with a couple of Sun lenses.

I have a 400mm Mamiya thats a similar rebrand from Tokyo Koki.

The Nikon t-mount was certainly just swapped in at some point.

Yes, not strange, just a nice crossbreed. Posted it here because there's almost no pictures of this Tokyo Koki/Ricoh to be found online. Just trying to give back a little to the forum that taught us so much. Been looking for that M47/Nikon F adapter since the TK 105 thread and got lucky.

It sounds me rare that a lens with Ricoh brand had a T-mount.

Perhaps is a Ricoh branded lens for the Ricoh camera with Nikon mount and sold from Ricoh with the Nikon adapter

This is a Tokyo Koki (Tokina) made lens for sure. Have the exact same lens branded Tokyo Koki.
