I own the ZY Optics 85mm 1.2 Speedmaster, and it's brilliant. It's stunningly sharp wide open and not all that expensive either. The only downsides are the weight (it's a bit lighter than a Helios-40-2) and it will be very difficult to focus without peaking. As long as you have good peaking it's great.


Do you know how does it compare to the 90mm 1.5 version ?


That's a good question. I've wondered about it myself. At some point I may pick up one of the 90 1.5s, and then I'll be able to compare them.
