sorry I may be wrong but the portrait look enhanced in photoshop, the eyelashes look like a drawing

No no, thats just some sharp adjustments in Capture One.
I used PS for a lil glow effect.

I much prefer the 2 originals portraits
the glow effect and the green tint look unnatural to me
playing with filters can be amazing but better to have a very good monitor to control the result
