Google is also your friend for troublesome / scammer buyers who have private feedback, allowing you to see their feedback for other items purchased... Wink

Seriously though, ebay should ban private feedback. If a buyer is complaining every time that an item didn't arrive or wasn't as described, I would question their integrity.

It's such a shame that there are so many people out there willing to scam as a buyer or seller.
