I picked one of these up for about the same money , not as good condition but it has cleaned up nicely. Its a well built camera and feels nice in the hands. My kids (in their 20's) were looking at some of my classic cameras and this seemed to be the one they handled most. It does have a nice balance in the hands.
I'm going to replace the seals and give it a whirl soon.

mine looks ok. It winds, cocks and fires as it should. (touch wood) What you're saying here appears to affect many old cameras, shutter firing as the film is wound on.
