This lens is not 100% clean, even though at first sight it does look clean an clear, a strong light will reveal it's problem. It's a typical problem for this Sigma era.
So eventually it will need a cleaning or just serve as collectors item. Barrel looks new.

Once (a long time ago) i was asked on this forum if i wanted to sell this lens, but i do not know whom it was....
