A few samples with this super lightweight lens. It's sharp but suffers with purple fringing when used in high contrast/midday sun which almost always requires fixing unless stopped down. It does focus fairly closely.

Not bad at all I like both sharpness and color rendering! Looks a good lens.

Thanks Attila. It's not a bad lens. It's VERY light though, so easy to carry. CA in harsh lighting is it's weak point, but fixable in photoshop.

Looks good!

I have an Osawa 75-260 Mark II constant f4.5. Looks quite modern and feels a decent weight...won it over Christmas for £1.24 but haven't had a chance to test it out properly yet as it's auto only.

I had purple fringing wide open, but my results were also pretty good.

Didn't they make lenses for Mamiya or something?

If I manage to get a flanged Sony adapter from Alex then I'll take it out properly...
