Finally OPERA now from V12.10 onwards supports ICCC V4 profiling http://www.color.org/version4html.xalter

test it out more, also using this site here:
http://www.gballard.net/psd/go_live_page_profile/embeddedJPEGprofiles.html

works for me using Opera 12.11
