This is a superb lens. Get this if you have the $$$. If not, I read that the f3.5 is almost as good. No personal experience with the f3.5, but my experience with the f2 is SWEEEEETTTTT!!!! And rumor has it that this is with ED glass.

Andy has one too, I am sure he can testify to the quality of this gem.

Oh, Yah Yo confirm!
One of the few lenses I will not ever part with.
Tiny size and brilliant performance.
You can search the web for reviews.
16x9 has as comparison that puts this one very close to the legend who's name rhythms with "dish a blonde". Laughing
The 3.5 is equal at f5.6 and onward for non close focus.
OM 2/21 can be used at any distance with no compromise in the real world.

Any price under $1K is great Cool

If you only want to do landscapes and architecture (5 meters and longer) take the 3.5/21 and save your cash for a flek 2.8/21 for flowers and close focus.
Although the dollar expense in the end will be similar Laughing
Zeiss colors and 3D for close work is indispensable in my mind Very Happy

WOW, it ended cheap, just US $596.00. I was expecting it to be more than 1K. I think it has gone all the way to about $1,400 once. So, whoever the winner is, got it cheap. I hope its someone on this forum.

A couple days before one finished at $910.
