Just finished adapting it to Minolta/Sony AF mount, with a vintage Novoflex(male) to Exakta Ixa (male) adapter. I took the Exakta side of this adapter out-it was held by three grub/set screws.I then screwed on a M42 Vivitar Teleconverter (with the elements and inner rings removed),on the Novoflex (male)adapter.The Schneider Componon lens is screwed is into the leica mount, on the lens side with thin plumber's tape around the lens threads.

With the Schneider-Kreuznach Componon 135mm f5.6 mounted:
