I have a few Novoflex adapters for my Sony NEX cameras. Will the adapters work well on the Sony A7 series?

Yes, they should. I've never used a Novoflex adapter, so I can't be 100% sure, but I own a ton of ebay "NEX" adapters, and I've never owned a NEX myself.. just my A7R. Never had an issue.

Some adapter might not works well on A7s or A7II as they have a full metal mount.
