I just bought a nikon FG model with 50/1.8 and 28/2.8 both series e for 30€ and the same seller has a nice FM2 with nikkor 50/1.8 (plastic focus ring)... how much should I offer for the FM2? what are actual prices for the body?

All depends on condition ...
FM2 broken/junker body = about $15-$20
FM2 mint body = about $300
FM2/T mint body = about $400-$500
