Took these when I went on a school trip with my first graders. I don't do much macro so any advice would be appreciated Smile








These two were taken a few weeks earlier.

They are all fine captures in my opininon. I like the first flower shot best. The crab is also a funny capture.
I also have a 3.5/55 and I'm quite happy with it.

Huh. I'd say you're doing a pretty dang good job! Keep it up.

BTW, what is the "M" ring? I have a pre-AI 55/3.5 Micro-Nikkor so I'm curious.

The M is a purpose built extension ring for the 55/3.5

And thanks for the kind comments everyone. That crab pic took about 30 shots on burst mode to get it in reasonable focus Very Happy
