...and to my mind came only the Zeiss Apo Sonnar f2 200mm.

Is there some similar from other makers?

Canon built one in nFD mount -- a 200mm f/1.8 L -- in very limited quantities. See it here:

http://global.canon/en/c-museum/product/nfd222.html

Canon produced an EF 200mm f/1.8 back in 1988:

Click here to see on Ebay

Canon also produces or has produced an EF 200mm f/2 L. See it here:

All of these lenses are very expensive.

Finally, here's a thread that was started by our member Langstrum on the FD 200mm f/1.8:

If a slightly less specified one will do, Kinoptik made a 150mm apochromatic.

Thanks Paul, but it should be close to 200mm and f2

Olympus produced a 180mm f2 and a 250mm f2 lens in OM mount.

There is also a Nikon 200mm f/2.0 in manual focus and AF variants, no idea about its apochromacity or lack thereof.

[Edit]At photozone they appear to be impressed with its performance, also LoCA wise:

There are far more 300/2.8 lenses than 200/2 ones. Perhaps a 300/2.8 with a reducer fits your need? These telephoto lenses tend to have larger image circles so may play nicely with focal reducers.

Phillip Reeve tested a couple of these lenses, namely the Olympus 180 f/2 and the Canon (EF) 200 f/1.8 and they both have some CA:

He hasn't tested the Contax/Yashica Zeiss Aposonnar 200mm 2.0 T* or the Leica APO-Summicron-R 180mm 2.0 but at those prices the modern Canon or Nikkor 200 f/2 lenses are probably your best bet, although not manual focus of course.

Thanks for all that guys, I will test the Contax f2 200mm Apo Sonnar first, as I'm quite impressed what I have seen so far from it...

For consumer grade APO lens, you are stuck with Apo Sonnar or Apo Summicron (180mm).

I will have a look at both I guess, although the 200mm is excatly what I need...

I will go for a Zeiss: Leica is too expensive and hard to find one.

Yep! Found several Zeiss ones already, one is close to me, already talked to the seller about testing it.
Btw. it is for a project, not for my personal use...

Mamiya has a 200 mm APO in 645 mount but it's a f:2.8.
