My adapters arrived from China:

OM-NEX
M42-NEX
PK-NEX

Only OM-adapter has precise infinity focus. PK and M42 focus way past infinity. Anybody else having this problem?

Sure, all of my adapter made by Pixco do same. KIWI adapters made for Samsung NX are perfect.

Due lenses frequently not reach infinity at exact position, people send back good adapters with note this adapter not reach infinity... smart maker makes adapter with past focus infinity to avoid 'infinity not reached' problem.

I'm just surprised how much it is off. I guess it can be adjusted by opening few screws, but it will be difficult because it's about fractions of a millimeter.

I use following work around , before I start to shoot with a lens I set exact infinity with LCD viewer and watch focusing scale. After this I know infinity not at infinity , it is at 5m for example on a wide angle lens. All shoots wil make at 5m instead of infinity. Easy trick and works well, don't need to calibrate at every shoots just once before shooting.

why don't use stack adapter. What camera did you used before NEX?
I sold my EOS cam, then buy EOS=NEX adapter, then all my adapters can be used without problem
