The mount is missing, so it's more or less useless in its current form, but you are in luck, the helicoid is intact, and it's a preset so there is no linkage, so it should be relatively easy to make a new mount for it.
It was likely designed for most of the mounts available by mounting the correct rear to it, so mirror clearance shouldn't be an issue, but it's no guarantee.
First things first, you need to find out it's registration/back focus(lens @ infinity, and projects a sharp image where the sensor will be), you'll need a ruler, and thin paper used for tracing images, then move the paper back/away from the rear element till a sharp image is projected, now measure from here to the flat mounting surface just under the DOF scale.
It may be prudent to remove a mm or two and shim to reach infinity, the more accurate you can be the less shimming you'll need.
Take that measurement, and subtract 44mm that the EF mount has for it's registration, then subtract the thickness of the M42 to EF adapter you'll need to mount that will need to be attached.
The remaining measurements should be relatively strait forward, the machinist will have to measure the thread pitch.i would protect the rear element with a cotton ball and tape till it can be protected by its new mount.
Breathing life into a lens that can't be used can be very rewarding.
There are lens tech's that could do all this for you, for a fee.
Good luck. _________________ A Manual Focus Junky...

Thats a T-mount thread. You need an adapter for your camera. The great thing with t-mount is that you can get one to fit almost any non RF camera.
one of these is what you need: Click here to see on Ebay _________________ Hero in the 'messin-with-cameras-for-the-hell-of-it department'. Official. |
