Yet more snow scenes. I can’t get away from it, but it’s great for photos. It has to be one of the best photo opportunities in the UK for many years.
Every other person has a camera in their hand.
All shots with the K10D and Tamron SP 28-80mm

Crowds out enjoying the snow on Sunday

Nice, the ones with the snow sticking to the trees makes me miss northern
Idaho, postcard perfect!

Thank you.
I have had a very good response to these shots (Elsewhere) I’m very disappointed no other UK members are posting recent photos. But then again if they were I would worry my photos were not up to their standard!
I think I will give it a rest for a time and post when the board becomes more active.

Beautiful pictures!
Photography wise, you are really making the most of your snow. I really like the snow sculptures.
Coming from a Nordic country and being outperformed on snow shots by a Brit doesn't feel right Smile
I guess we take the snow for granted (despite global warming).

We only have "old snow" right now (nothing on the trees) but the forecast for the weekend looks promising.
