Two thoughts on that, Peter,

1- Could be a developing flaw (maybe it brushed a part of the machine or other negative before it was fully hardened?)
2- Maybe some flaw in the cement between a couple elements? Since the light is coming at such a high angle, maybe it's internally reflecting lights catching some kind of otherwise invisible flaw?
