Modern Zeiss Distagons and Sony A7r

I did a simple test today.
I have a simple EOS-NEX adapter which does not allow aperture control.
So I can only shoot with my ZE Distagons wide-open.

I like to put an air conditioner at medium distance, on the edge of the frame.
I think this is a hard test.

Here are my results (100% crops of in-camera JPEGs)

Zeiss Distagon 2,8/21 ZE @ f/2,8

Zeiss Distagon 2/35 ZE @ f/2

I think they perform very well, as expected.
This is the absolute corner of the frame, both lenses wide-open.

Meanwhile, my search for a lightweight and compact wide-angle lens for the A7r continues...

In Your MF lenses list are so cute little M-lenses:
"Zeiss 4.5/21 C Biogon ZM, Zeiss 2/35 Biogon ZM, Voigtländer 15mm f/4.5 Heliar L39"

Why don't You get Yourself a cheap M-Adapter?

e.g.:

Sorry, have to actualize:
I did not read Your earlier comments on the Sony A7r with the M-lenses by Zeiss.
After I've read Your posts, I'm thinking about not to look for the Sony, 'cause it seems the use of my M-lenses will not satisfy me.....

Is it a fact, that telecentric SLR lenses will be better performers on the Sony than Biogon types?
That's what I read out of Your posts.
