I'm looking for a "standard" lens on my 40d and am thinking of going for a Mir 1B 2.8 /37. However, I picked up some rumors about the rear lens @ infinity sticking out into the camera body and eventually hitting the mirror.
Anybody got experience with this lens on an aps-c camera?
And how about image quality, sharpness, color rendering?
For the ordinary 50 mm I can always tape my Sigma 17-70 @ 35 mm, but I'm also in for something from the past, when the photographer made the photo instead of the camera Wink
