in almost mint condition! There are just some minor cosmetical marks on the front ring (as shown in the second picture).
The lenses are absolutely clean. Everyting works as it should.
In it's time it was considered to be one of the best wide-angle zoom lenses.
I have learned about it that Minolta did "restrict" the zoom range to 24-35 in order to achieve the performance of prime lenses.
As it was very expensive when it was new, it is very hard to find, esp. in such a great condition.
As you can see in this comparison to the Minolta MD 3.5/28, the 24-35 is hardly bigger:
So, you get a 24, a 28 and a 35mm lens with f/3.5 in ONE lens.
It is compact enough to be conveniantly used on a NEX-body. And this is why I bought it in the first place.
But the new AF Sigma EX 2.8/30 has replaced it - and the 24mm FL is covered by a Tamron 2.5/24.
That's why I sell this amazing 24-35.
The price is €75,- plus shipping to your place. PayPal is on me. _________________ Personal forum activity on pause every now and again (due to job obligations)!
