Very easy to find out. Just put in on a scale, maybe you have one in your kitchen. 535 gr. is the best version (4/4). 
It's front heavy and available in MC-X, MD I and MD II versions.
However, the other ones are not bad as well.

The latest version would be the MD lens without "Rokkor" known as MD III.
However, the latest versions (5/5) are considerably lighter (365 and 385 gr.) and have been available in MD versions II and III.
They are almost as excellent as the previous 4/4 versions. There are hardly any visible differences in the final pictures. Only in pixel peeping mode.

Some minolta's users say that the 3,5/135 with 5 element (the last one) rivalized with the 4/4 2,8/135 in sharpness, contrast and low CA.
I have not the 3,5/135. |
