Minolta 250mm 5.6 cleaning

Has light fungus on it, but just cant take the front protection out, any ideas? i took the ring out but whenever i try to take the glass out, it goes back, like a vacuum.... really strange.

Very valuable lens, I doubt it is worth to risk with DIY job, don't you have professional repair man near by you ?

I wont try myself. lucky me i got one with organic dirty sticky on rear filter and front glass, but went away after dipping in cleaning fluid.
The mirror might be difficult to align correctly as it needs to be very accurate.

Then i wont try again, i think i can sell it as BGN or "for repairing". Anyway shoots amazing like this.
