Thank you for your comments.
Thanks to Tervueren that I have a chance to own this lens. It was in my wish list for a very long time.
By adjusting VFC slightly in one direction, this lens works similar like a tilt lens.
Adjusting VFC to the extreme enhance the bokeh effect: either swirly or smoother. This allows a wide angle lens at small apertures to have bokeh at a distance 1-2m, which is also an unique property for a 24mm.
It takes time to test out the parameters, but I had a good time. |

Very pleasing to see you making excellent use of it Hoan, it's much better to be on your camera than in my display cupboard. |

Is a tilt lens doing the same thing under all aspects? _________________ Antoine

I just saw this thread. After some speedy research, I have just pressed the Buy It Now Button for one.
I was tempted by the close-up opportunities with e.g. the larger mushrooms and possibly, via extension tubes and on my m4/3, some smaller subjects, where curved fields can be a problem. I will also see what it will do on my A7r. (Fairgrounds come to mind). I don't see either as a high probabilty in winter. _________________ Dedicated to using manual focus lenses with digital.
