Meyer Optik Trioplan focussing slightly stiff

So I just got a Meyer Optik Trioplan 100mm/2.8.

The aperture ring turns very nicely and smoothly but the focusing is a little stiff and not smooth.

Any remedies from all the gurus here?

I think you need to remove the old grease and re-lube it with fresh one.
The disassembly may be easy but you need to pay attention on how you can align the helicoid correctly ( put marks before you dissemble every moving part)

I have triotar in similar condition but i'm not good at the fine things and will send it to the repair technician for re-lube.
