Nikon FE, Nikkor-N 24mm f/2.8, Fuji Sensia 100

this is a two frame panorama, for no other reason but because it is possible Wink

Soon after sunrise, not a panorama

Some flowers, 5 minutes before the one above... and the reason I'm posting this at all Smile

added attraction, a vintage looking under exposure of kitten/mouse toy:

Oh, scans are by Dwayne's

I am sure someone will remind that film cost money and that plugin can do the same from any p&s pic

I agree with poilu! Magic, indeed...

Gorgeous work, and the first image rocks, as does the stunning image of the flowers.

I went to Flickr and looked at the full size images....holy cow! GREAT!

Wow!

Thanks guys... maybe the 35mm format works nicer, I don't know.

But I do know I owe this group lots for turning me on to the Nikkor-N Wink

Also, the first image has colors that are REALLY nice looking. Perhaps
some of the opinions about Sensia showing wonderful blue tones is
true...

Oh wow, beautiful photos well composed! Not to forget noting the reds... difficult for this perfect metering and beautiful detail in the reds.

Well thank you, and the Nikon thanks you all too Smile

I used the FE with the slide film after reading a Popular (or Modern?) Photo test review of it... they talked about the metering and how in auto it produced slightly dark well saturated slides - 'the way pros prefer them'. Guess that's still true...

I also am wondering whether Dwayne's uses specific film profiles for their scans. They certainly did good - I'll have to scan a couple myself just to see the difference.

Agree excellent samples of Dwayne's processing/scans. I like the flower
shot best, but they all look good.
