Bob, the bracket looks fascinating, but not my cup of tea. I always like to use flash off-camera,
if possible. The Koni Omega's flash bracket was handy as the shutter release was on the left, but
with the RB, cradling the camera in left hand to work shutter release in right, works for me.

Ron, yes, have to get a tripod. I got slapped around with color shifts using Ektar in 35mm size, but
will try it in 120 and see.

Bill, if you do get fed up with your current method, the proper Mamiya flash bracket is left-handed with a mechanism to operate the camera shutter/mirror release on the right and you can still use the flash off camera if you wish. The bracket that Excalibur has, doesn't have the release mechanism - these ones usually have a little hole in them for a conventional cable release but either way, you can still use the flash off camera plus these brackets can be fitted either left or right-handed. They're also very cheap or at least were back in the day - certainly much cheaper than the fancy Mamiya one.

As for Ektar, I tried it in 120 and got a ghastly cyan colour shift with it based on the prints. Apparently the lab also 'optimised' my prints however so I'm not sure if the shift was down to the lab or the film. I shot Velvia 50 at the same time and the slides were A1 from the same lab so it's got me wondering. I still have 6 rolls of Ektar left so am going to give it a spin again but this time specifically instruct them not to 'optimise' anything.

Bob, would like to see how you fare with Ektar in 120. Getting a good tripod has primacy right now, will see about
the OEM flash bracket, later.

I just got back online today after being down since early morning Monday. Lightning had struck a power pack in the
line amplifier at the pole. I'm upgrading my account to business to where Comcast has to get me back online in 4
hours or less, not 72. Evil or Very Mad Business has 3-4 times the speed of residential, too.
