Fantastic shots guys. I've been using my Tamron 90/2.5 quite a bit recently, but not for artistic/aesthetic purposes.

My wife and I have been collecting Chinese jades and porcelains for almost 20 years, and we're just now getting around to cataloging all our items. The Tamron is nice for bring out the detail on some of these items. For example, here's a fish carved from jade during neolithic times, most likely by the Liangzhu culture (3000 - 2000 BC). One characteristic of many of the Liangzhu carvings was the "magic mask" that was carved into them.

Focus could have been a bit better, but this was all hand-held stuff, looking through my camera's squinty viewfinder, and not using Live View.
