For use with Olympus OM, nikon F.
Also disassembling the mount on OM lens need some thing to cover the opening of the rear part.
Any suggestions?
Thanks. _________________ La migliore cura di LBA imparare una nuova lingua. Le meilleur remde de LBA est d'apprendre une nouvelle langue. La mejor cura del LBA es aprender una nueva lengua. |

you want to use m42 lenses on olympus OM and nikon f analog bodies?
i think there are adapters for that on ebay
i'm not a fan of lens conversion. my heart was breaking when i saw olympus om 18mm lens converted to m42 mount at the last camera fair in my city...tried it on my camera and results were soft...when someone changes how the lens is constructed , the lens loses some of it's quality and function _________________ my tools:Oly E-M5 + 45mm/1.8 + Oly E-520 + 12-60 + 14-42 + 70-300 + Sigma 105mm + FL-50R + EC20 + SRF-11 ring flash

Does it need to be a flat surface the m42 male thread is mounted onto? The rear of an extension tube may be machined into something useful, or a t2/m42 adapter. You may get pieces you're looking for from dismantling broken m42 lenses/bellows. The thing closest to what I think you have in mind for sale on ebay may be this:

Thanks.
I was looking for something out-of-the-box, flat surface type.
I can use the "Macro Coupler Reverse Ring 52mm / 42mm (1.0) M42" and grinded the female 52/58 thread.
I just don't have suited tool to cut the female thread. _________________ La migliore cura di LBA imparare una nuova lingua. Le meilleur remde de LBA est d'apprendre une nouvelle langue. La mejor cura del LBA es aprender una nueva lengua. |

Any idea how I can cover the rear opening of OM lenses?
Leitax mount might be too costly. I have several lenses. _________________ La migliore cura di LBA imparare una nuova lingua. Le meilleur remde de LBA est d'apprendre une nouvelle langue. La mejor cura del LBA es aprender una nueva lengua. |

Can you tell us the dimension of the piece you need? I know there is a aluminum alloy flat mount with thickness of 2mm , internal diameter of 38mm and external diameter of 55mm. _________________ https://www.instagram.com/_lens_fever/

Buy instead a second hand mirror less body and you can use basically all lens with a proper adapter and don't butcher any lens any more. _________________ -------------------------------
