28 is a big problem for the A7 series. I never found a good one, including the kiron 28/2. But there are big differences. The skipper would be one of the worst, I fear.

M-Rokkor 28
Elmarit V1-4, not asph.
Cron 28 and CV 28/1.9 (preferred) or f/2.
