Yes there are. They are ultra-rare, must cost a fortune Laughing The camera is called Hakmujong-1, don't know the name of the lens.

A friend of my mother plans a trip to Northkorea, I will ask if might be able to get one for me.

I won't be surprised if that's a Chinese made camera that has been relabelled for the North Korean market. The lens is probably the Haiou-64 copy of the Helios-44.

It should be a re-branded Kiev-17 with Helios-81M attached. Wink
