I'm after something wide (28mm or less), in M42 (or CAF). Open to suggestions, and I'm not Locked into any branding preference, Performance is what I want.

Anything wide would be good. As long as it's sharp in the centre, that's fine, as it will be used on an APS-C sensor. The caveat to that, is that it needs to be cheap <£35 posted, more negotiable for something special, but You will need to do some serious convincing, as this is a stopgap until I can sort out funds to snag a 14mm Samyang. Cosmetics are irrelevant as long as it's good both Optically and Mechanically. It will be used Underground.

I'd also like a 28mm Pentacon, any version. The same applies to Cosmetics (Not bothered about them), Optical and Mechanical performance, and Price.

Please PM me with your excess lenses!

I am after the Helios 58mm f2 (44?) in M42 or K mount
I am interested in any dirt cheep 50mm lenses in K or M42 mount
And lastly I would be interested in a 135mm or 100mm in K or M42 or Fuji X.
I am looking for things to experiment with and I used to have the Helios lens and enjoyed its properties quite a lot.

Thanks - those are great but unfortunately have very little for medium format and Pentacon Six in particular. I'll keep looking for Arsat 55mm. Now looking for any Arsat 55mm f/4.5 Shift version - Pentacon Six or Salut/Kiev-88 screw mount.

Thanks but they don't have it (already checked). DVDTechnik also lists it as are many companies that sell Ukrainian P6 lenses but they ceased to be produced in 2009 hence you can now only find them used. They pop now and then on eBay but I wanted to be proactive in my search. Still looking...

Now that I am picking up a Nex 3, looking for
(i) Hexanon lenses
(ii) Nex adapters
(iii) Maybe 1 or 2 rangefinder lenses to use since I have never use a rangefinder lens before. I will not be able to afford the Leica M lenses. (Recommendation is highly welcome.)

Anyone got spare 300mm 1/5.5 m42?

Lots of them on *bay for peanuts but most of them in the U.S. so $25 lens postage is often another $25 and I must pay vat still another $25 and go to the customs for paper work.

edit: ok, not $25 but slightly more
