Or at least my poor attempt to show it. These were taken hand held from a distance of between 2.5-3 feet except for one that was shot from 25-30 feet. This lens says it is a macro focusing lens and it will do well when images are cropped but it is far from a Macro Lens. For 99 cents from Ebay it is still a steal of a deal for a manual focus lens. This is not a test and is far from scientific as I am 1. Too lazy to carry that off and 2. not smart enough to carry that off. Comments are welcome but just remember I am no expert and have no wish to become one. LOL

I think that your lens is made by Kiron (does it have the s/n starting with "22...?) and the quality should be very good. Take it with you for a long walk and shoot about 100 pictures with various apertures, distances and focal lenghts, so you could decide, are YOU happy with the pictures and the lens?

Judging from your nice samples, I would be. Anyway, you can sell the lens, if you don´t like the results, you should get at least $ 10-20 for it.
