to try to get a shot. It was cloudy and windy, but I managed to take a
decent shot before the moon disappeared behind the clouds. I think there
is motion blur, but the wind was at 25mph!  I even put a weight
on the hook under the tripod, but it still was moving.
And, of course, a decision has to be made to "blow out" the moon in order
to show the city lights. So I chose to blow out the moon.
