Hi does the Konica K/AR XLNT mount fit to olympus 4/3 body without any modifications ? or I need to buy an adapter.

Need to modify each lenses, no adapter available, you can use then on mirror less cameras Sony Nex, micro 4/3 and Samsung NX with an adapter.
