Hi all of my friends,

I've just got Konica Hexanon AR 57mm f1.2 . I know that it's easy converted to Olymus 4/3 but I need to conveted to Canon too. Please recommend me how can I do it.

In your opinion, how about the quality of this lens? Could it be compared with;

Nikon AIS 50mm f1.2,

Pentax 50mm f1.2,

Olympus 50mm f1.2

or other lens with f1.2 lens on 35mm slr.

I need to take some pictures in low light and now I got Sigmatel 135mm f1.8 too.

Your opinion is my appreciated.

Thank you. Very Happy

That is the difficult question for us, the only person who did converted
Hexanon 57/1.2 is Dim.Ka at FredMiranda BBS. My memory is correct,
even so the lens cannot achieve infinity focus, of course his 5D's mirror
was shaved.

taking koji's information into consideration ...

i would not try to convert it to canon ... unless you want to wreck your lens and kill its value.

there are other ways to get 1.2 lenses for canon

Thank you, koji, hk300.

Now I try it at this link : http://photoblog.edu-perez.com/2009/01/konica-lens-canon-eos-camera.html

but not finish yet and this picture I attached with Canon 10D at f1.2 and haven't infinity yet. Laughing
