I had it, very good lens. Pancake ones. 6 elements in five or four groups (two versions, both OK). Something warm but nice colors.

Easy to use. Better with lens shade.

Rino.

Not always Wink perhaps yesterday I bought a film camera lens Sad 8mm

I never seen 3,5cm Biotar F2 pre-war it was so tempted, but Allessandro showed me today some evidence that is film camera lens Sad

Hi Attila -- here you go -- pictures as promised..

comments:

1- two spot on the front element -- no coating marks -- I don't konw what they are
2-some scratches on the front picture number 3,4
3-some specs - picture number 3,4
4-comes with rear and front caps..

Otherwise the lens is in nice condition,

I can't see any fungus or more dust specs, no haze and the rear element looks nice

glass is clear ..

spots are early stage of fungus in my experience and if enough long there it is un- removable due fungus bit coating. I have one already with fungus I looking a better one. Thank you for nice and honest presentation, forgive my I not take it.

PM replied...

Can anyone confirm this lens is for Olympus?...
Currently is my preferred MF lenses plarform.

(On the other hand, I've got a nice set of rubber cups to open lenses that are hungry and asking me for food!... Wink)

Thanks in advance,

Jes.

Received.

The lens is in a very nice status, the tiny fungus spots are now under UV light to be sure they won't reproduce themselves. They seem to be placed in the outermost lens element, so it should be an easy matter to open the lens and clean them...

I like the lens, the shipping has been really fast.
Thanks to Trifox!

Jes.

Hi, Jes!!

Congratulations, it's a very good lens, and a beauty too.

I know that it can be unpleasant, but I suggest to you the use of shade, is a lens a bit prone to flare.
