I'm sure that I'm not the only one that came across a Komura lens on FLEABAY with a missing mount and will buy it if its cheap (mine costs 15 including S&H) hoping that a fix could be found or made. For those still looking for a solution, here's one.

Here's a temporary/permanent(with set screws) home made adapter.

Materials.
1) 4-5mm long 2inch schedule 40 PVC pipe
2) 49mm reverse macro adapter - Shown here is for EOS
3) Epoxy glue
4) small Set screws

2inch PVC pipe inside diameter is equivalent to 50mm and consequently the komura universal thread mount fits tightly inside this PVC opening. Note that not all PVC are the same and some may need a little sanding but it would not be much as you may just be taking out some imperfections like small specks of plastic or dirt welded inside the pipe.

The other side is where the reverse macro adapter would go but is a tad bigger in diameter as I imagine that the specs 49mm is measured at the crest of the thread and not the peak. Little filing of the inside taper it so as not to disturb the other side. I'm guessing 1/4mm so do not be aggressive in filing - just light pressure.

Fit test and check for infinity focus. Proper infinity focus is achieved at wide open F2.5. I test infinity at smallest opening first and this should show around 5mm long PVC and gradually grind my way down until infinity is achieved at widest aperture opening.

Glue the adapter and PVC and it is possible to drill a small hole for set screws on the lens side to make this permanent adapter. I have not done this yet as the 2mm threaded part of the lens grips the PVC very tightly and I'm satisfied with it for now (in layman's term LAZY).

Nice work! I have the exact lens in MD mount. It is a well-build lens with it own character.

first I bought the 135 with same missing unidapter dirt cheap and was able to make this PVC. I was happy with the performance then I came across the 35mm missing mount and 200mm with MD mount for $50 both incl S&H. I just can't pass it up as I could use these with my Fuji E-X1.

I'm sure there will be more with missing mount so I posted this solution. Its quality lens to be had cheaply.
