Anybody tried this? I don't have a Nikon but could "double adapt" it to my EOS 60D. I already have a selection of 67 lenses. Opinions?

I would not waste my money on it. For about the same price one can get a Nikkor PC. It would be of higher quality and native Nikon F mount.
Why wasting money on several consequent adaptations while you can get a lens with perspective control on it.

Buy mirrorless camera sony(crop one) and there are adapters from Kipon that do Tilt and Shift with Nikkor lenses(full frame ones) - there is much more fun in that.

I agree.
Genuine Nikon Tilt shift lens can be had for around the same price.
The adapters seem overpriced to me
