A quick question how do you want the members to contact you? I wrote an IM shortly after you posted here 2 days back but have not received any reply. This might be a single case, I don't know.

Ebay UK sounds the same as the US version in that you can't see who's bidding and can't leave bad feedback for buyers.

However, I've sold many lenses on ebay over the past year internationally (most of low value £10.00 - £50.00, not worth posting here), but the occasional really nice one) and only had problems with a small minority. In every case issues have been resolvable, bar 3 or 4 non paying bidders. For lost packages, we are lucky in the UK in that Royal Mail automatically covers you for loss or damage up to £39.00 for any item, and additional insurance is not a lot more. I've had to claim 4 times I think and received the full value back.

I don't really see how selling just to US addresses is less risky than selling internationally, but I guess it's up to the seller Smile
