I just mounted G-Hologon 16mm on M8 with broken finder, then shot fairly close objects blindly.
I am wondering wether to convert this lens to M-mount, this is a test without modifying anything.

Nothing special

Hi Koji.

Nothing special???

16 mm hologon in M camera, and you said nothing special??

Send me that "nothing special lens". Laughing

Did you respect the register distance? Perhaps out of focus.

Oh, no. The lens is broke as the viewfinder. Don't use, send me it Rolling Eyes

Regards, Rino.

Hahahaha, Rino

Yes, the lens was hold by hand. The register distance of this lens is 29mm,
but on the M camera it is 3 mm out of register. So I can focus only 25 - 30
cm range.

Actually today, local Craiglist have new M8 Cdn $2,500 under 200 actuations for sale.
Very tempting.... UUGGHH
