Yes this is Contax RF mount Jupiter.
The adapter is not Contax C/Y but Contax RF or also known as Nikon S - Click here to see on Ebay. It works only with outer bayonet lenses ( J9 and J11)
If you want to try the 50mm you need the inner bayonet adapter or you can salvage mount from broken kiev and make it yourself.

Thanks everyone. Your adapter work looks good, Attila, but I cannot justify 3x cost of my only lens. The China alternative will have to suffice. I found another even cheaper: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Contax-Kiev-rangefinder-lens-to-Sony-NEX3-NEX5-adapter-/221056408428 This seller ships from NYC which I like better than waiting for delivery from China. Has anyone used them?
I'm glad I asked about the mount. Thank you all. _________________ Regards,

The Jupiter-9 is listed in the 1963 GOI catalog -- download it from here: http://www.lallement.com/pictures/files.htm -- with design date 48-08. That's August, 1949. |
