A Camera Club / FLICKR Mate gave me a July 1989 dated FP4 so loaded my Asahi Pentax MZ-5 + SMC Pentax-F 35-80mm f4-5.6[b] and took it out into Admiral's Park Chelmsford Essex England. I rated it 100 ASA and processed in 'Exactol Lux Long Life' staining Formula 1+100 for 10 mins @ 70oc -- got 'Thin Looking ' Negs BUT they scanned well !

Reaction time can be a little fast at 70 F at times.
It is not far off the 68 F benchmark most of us use.
I've found FP-4 to be relatively stable up to 10 years past date, with little in the way of density problems.
Impressive images, to be sure!

Always interesting to see your non-digital images!

Looking at these scans, I should at least go into my vast b/w archive from high school days (1981-1988) and try to scan some nice b/w images, too. Your river photos remind me of my own matura (final exams when leaving high school) work at the photography class, also centered around a small local river ... that was in 1988 ...

Thank you for sharing!
