This same lens is seen marked as a Tele-Tokina, a member has an example.

Interestingly I have a somewhat different lens that ALSO certainly a Tokina, because it has the Tokina-only weirdo 47mm T-style mount.

The first lens seems less sharp wide open than the second, but that may be sample variation.
As to which was earlier and which was later, I have no clue.
