How to open up a Pentacon 300mm f4?

I would like to remove some dust and dirt inside. Have anyone experience on how to open this lens? Surprised

Here is the job for a 135. Just have a look to see how Pentacons are made.

Have dust and dirt any incidence on the Image Quality ?
If not, it's better not to open it.

Maybe the 300 f4 is simplier. I don't know.
I have some lenses I just have to unscrew the back from the front.
