How do you clean your lens?

I just grab the tail of my shirt, and wipe vigorously. Cool

Seriously, I think people can become very anal about this. I just use a soft piece of lint-free cloth (old t-shirt material is probably the best), and fog the lens with my breath, then wipe softly. This works for lenses that just need a light cleaning. If they're really grungy, I'll pull out the cleaning fluid and the lens tissues.

You can wash micro fibre cloths

I've been doing this for a while (wear spectacles), and it does remove oil and other contaminants from the cloth for many re-uses.
