I bought a Markins ballhead from this seller in Soth Korea

The price was very competitive, much less expensive than the Nikonians EU shop for example. Markins is made in Korea so this is natural.

The package had a lengthy journey, not the fault of the seller. I was away visiting my mum in the UK when it arrived, the postman left a non-delivery slip, the post-office said they had no such parcel, they launched a search to find it after we complained, eventually they sent us a letter to say it had been found. When we went to pick it up, the post office said it had been returned to Korea as undeliverable!

I contacted the seller, in English, and explained the situation. They replied rapidly, said not to worry and that the package was insured against loss on their end. They contacted me again to say it had safely arrived back in Korea. They sent me a paypal invoice for (very reasonable) fully tracked return shipping, and sent the package back to me as soon as it was paid.

The package duly arrived, well packed and fully tracked from Korea to France.

When I gave them positive feedback on ebay, they had already given me positive feedback. I would be happy to do business with them again. The prices are competitive, the service and communication is excellent.
