3) whale watching
I was very pleased to get a keeper shot from whale watching, they only pop up for a second. I just set the lens to hyperfocal and clicked away at arms length, too hard to compose with the LCD screen on the NEX, and I can't imagine it would have been easier with an SLR viewfinder.
This one isn't great but I doubt I'll ever again capture a whale and seal in the same frame. Heavy crop.
