I've searched here and google and didn't found too much information about these lenses sharpness and IQ. Which one is better for FF? Thank you very much!

I have them both, used them both on FF.

Which one is 'better' - no idea, they are both very good lenses.

In that case I would recommend the Zuiko. Adapting SX lenses is always tricky.

The SX lens needed the lip filing off the back of the aperture ring to fit an adapter, but that is a 5 minute job really.

You need to find an adapter with an external diameter which allows the overlapping of the aperture ring .
You need an adapter which also pushes the preselection pin in order to close the aperture .
You must remove from the lens the pin which transmits the aperture for WO metering.

For a Zuiko you just need an adapter.

If you nevertheless want a mamiya SX 28 2.8 buy a Voigtländer Color Skoparex or Rolleinar 28 2.8 . Those lenses are identical to the Mamiya. You just need an adapter and it works out the box.

Yes, that's had the rim removed, so can be used with a regular adapter.

Some samples from my Mamiya on my Sony a850:
